Pearl Eslava

Pearl is a Behavior Health Administrative Assistant with Current Medical Billing.

She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology with a specialty in Exercise Science in 2016 from San Diego State University. Pearl brings over 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry from personally aiding patients in a physical therapy clinic with reaching rehabilitation goals to successfully and thoroughly completing administrative roles including payroll, intake and scheduling, insurance authorizations, credentialing healthcare providers, and much more.

Pearl has a passion for the future of the world - kids! She is a martial arts teacher AND a Polynesian dance teacher/performer. She has been teaching both sports since the Spring of 2016 and loves every student she's gotten the chance to meet and watch grow. She has traveled across the world to perform in Tahiti, China, and the Philippines and hopes to continue to spread her positive energy and stories. Pearl loves eating, listening to podcasts/audiobooks, sharing stories with friends and family, as well as relaxing and playing with animals.

Through her personal and professional life experiences, Pearl has met many students/patients/individuals of various backgrounds, learning styles, and emotional needs. She genuinely cares about all the people she meets and strives to be a support for anyone she encounters.
