Lori Phillips

Lori Phillips is an account manager at CMB. She has specialized in medical billing for her entire adult life, bringing more than 20 years of experience to CMB. Prior to working at CMB, Lori spent the bulk of her career as a billing/insurance manager for a multi-faceted internal medicine practice. Lori also brings billing knowledge from time spent as a biller for an in-patient OBGYN and a home health agency.

After high school Lori obtained a secretarial sciences degree from International Business College of Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is where Lori built her foundation for customer relations, and quality assurance. 

Lori has been married for 33 years to a very supportive spouse, and has 2 children that are her pride and joy. 

Lori goes above and beyond for her clients no matter how medial the task may seem. Lori is honored to work alongside her colleagues that share the same passions and goals for complete client satisfaction.
